Sweet Lemony Lime Pudding Cups

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Makes 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS: Always use local, organic when possible.

  • 1 ½ Cup Fresh Ripe Avocado
  • ½ Cup Raw Honey, Raw Agave Nectar or Grade B Maple Syrup
  • ½ Cup Fresh Lemon and Lime Juice (to taste)
  • Pure Vanilla Extract (non-alcoholic and utilised to taste)
  • Fresh Seasonal Berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries etc), Mint Leaves, Lemon/Lim Zest for Garnish

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put avocado, sweetener of choice and lemon and lime juice into a food processor or blender and mix until smooth and incorporated.
  2. Divide into 4 dessert cups and garnish with fresh seasonal berries, a mint leaf  and lemon/lime zest as desired.
